Return Policy
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit. This fee is 20% of the item(s)' cost for items delivered to your location.

Balter Stock Item Returns
With a few exceptions, regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Stock Item, Special Order and Drop Shipments
We cannot take back custom products. Similarly, not all Special Order or Drop Shipments can be returned (please contact your salesperson). Any return requests for a Special Order or Drop Shipment must be approved by your salesperson. On drop shipments additional charges may occur.

Equipment returns and restock must be reviewed and approved with your salesperson.
